Today, I prefer bw process.
Both look good. Once we didn't have a choice it was always black and white going by my late parents photos.
I think that you see the world in color. Keep it natural as possible so color it must be.

My senses reacted to the woman's coat and the background colors. B&W tweaked it nicely.
I have trouble seeing the B and W in a photo.

Good motion contrast - selling things.I prefer color. They see the two worlds directly.
It's got to be the color because the color gives the shot life and it makes your blurring of the person much more effective.

I am usually pro-color, but the color in this image is a bit confusing and the B+W shot simplifies it.
