Your country is so big that people can dump garbage everywhere without witnesses. Try that here in Holland.

I can't imagine thinking "I've got this old stove, so I think I'll load it up, drive it out to the countryside, and dump it there." Is that what goes on in the mind of a mega-litterbug? Extremely bizarre behaviour.
