Sailboat

  1. This picture reminds me of my life growing up on the Atlantic and Lake Worth in Palm Beach, Florida. Our lived revolved around sailing but it LITTLE sailboats. Where I attended boarding school, we sailed everyday after classes and it was such fun. Then though I did not think about the beauty around me...just the fun I was having.To this day adore looking at sailboats large and small plopped there between the water and the sky. So beautiful. This is a lovely capture...wonderful colors. genie

  9. Nice light. To me, it is a miracle that boats float and that cloth can propel them. It is on a par with the idea of airplanes flying.

  11. Jack, the light is gorgeous. That boat looks like a 43 foot Hunter, a comfortable cruising sailboat. BTW, airplanes fly and sailboats sail because of Bernoulli's principle, and a bit of faith.
