If you ever go to a water garden, make sure you bring your camera.

  1. Some flowers are more prominent then others. Some are more modest as others but all a creation of nature perhaps sometimes with a little help of mankind. This one I would categorize in the more prominent class.

  2. I love the color of this one. When I'm kayaking I see white or yellow water lilies. I sure would like to see this color!

  4. Gorgeous! My camera died on me when I was in PEI. Had to buy a cheapo point and shoot at the Charlottetown Wal-Mart. But at least I didn't miss out on any shots!
Now I've upgraded, but haven't had time to get out and shoot. Hopefully this coming weekend as we have visitors again. :)

  8. The water lily is symbolically important to both Buddhism and Hinduism. It is a pure, clean flower emerging from mud and muddy water. Lovely photo.

  12. Oh so pretty. My place I moved from had these in white in lily pond.

Was not so good when you were swimming as the vines intwine around your feet.

We were not to cut them away or we would get a huge fine.

So most of us have moved elsewhere.

    Between them and turtles.
