Still strange that a liquid changes in cristal because of a temperature change.
ReplyDeleteWow, spectacular to see.
ReplyDeleteHope the melting and freezing doesn't ruin your roof!
ReplyDeleteOur problems are a little different here. I just walked the pups for the last time in the woods. The mosquitoes were so thick I bathed in the Benadryl lotion when I got home. No more hikes in the woods. It was a little too warm any way.
ReplyDeleteI remember seeing sights like this when I was growing up in the midwest.
ReplyDeleteLooks cool but as a homeowner, it drives me nuts.
ReplyDeleteIce art! It's not melting here yet.
ReplyDeleteI can see from this shot that no trees are blooming in your area yet. I like the way the sun glitters on the ice.
ReplyDeletepretty cool
ReplyDeleteThis means the spring is coming.
ReplyDeleteWe see that tendency here as well, though not as of yet.
ReplyDeleteThere are some fabulous icicles around town this year, Andy!
ReplyDeleteWow!! That's so cool!
ReplyDeleteIce jewels! Beautiful. Spring must be coming.
ReplyDeleteThat's pretty amazing, I can't imagine what it's like when that lot melts!
ReplyDeleteI think that when you live in an area that rarely sees ice (except in a freezer), that it appears very beautiful. I would imagine by this time of year you are ready to see the crocus peeking their heads out of the ground.
ReplyDeleteStay warm,
Genie
it's crazy that water can freeze like that. You would think that if it's running, it wouldn't freeze. But no.
ReplyDeleteGreat catch!
