Yes, the aftermath is sometimes worse than the snow itsself.
ReplyDeleteWet,cold and sunny . Yes spring is coming.
ReplyDeleteThere may be a LOT of melt today, Andy. I hope there's not too much flooding though.
ReplyDelete:)
ReplyDeleteOh happy day!
ReplyDeleteIt's such a dirty time of year but at least it is melting, Andy!
ReplyDeleteIt's very slowly going here. We're having freezing rain and a bit of snow today.
ReplyDeleteOnce the chipmunks turn up, then it'll be spring.
When I lived in Illinois we always looked forward to the thaw but I hated the slush!
ReplyDeleteOur snow is gone, but we didn't have that much. Little moisture out there. With warmth and high winds we are in a prairie fire danger.
ReplyDeleteOur is melting, too! Lots of yard ponds!
ReplyDeleteI remember the excitement of watching the snow finally melt in Michigan. (Of course, there always would be one last snow fall in April…) Hope warmer temps melt the snow and ice soon.
ReplyDeleteGood bye and good riddance. Tom The Backroads Traveller
