Two trees that seem out of place in the corn field. Believe it or not this photo was taken in the north east section of The City of Toronto.

  2. Great that they still exist here Andy. Now wait until the cornfield and the trees are green again.

  6. Steffie had a photo of his old tree today. Even if this one is "out-of-place" it is a wonder sight, wherever a tree is planted and survives.

  7. I believe you. A few years ago I found a corn field on the south east side of Phoenix but well within the city limits.

  8. I've been scrolling down your blog - you really do a great job with nature photographs. And it's not often (if ever!) that you see two trees in the middle of a cornfield or a cornfield in the middle of the city!

  9. It's a wonder that the trees were left standing in the cornfield. I'm glad they are still there.

  13. They do stand out, but it's a beautiful field! Reminds me of the corn fields in my native state of Michigan.
