It is not difficult to find a trash collector in a neon green reflective vest but like this scene a lot of people have a mental block to what is going on around them. |

Smoking is more important.
ReplyDelete...and young women still smoke!
ReplyDeleteWow...I like this. Thank goodness for trash collectors. And who smokes...ugh!
ReplyDeleteVery true!
ReplyDeleteAll too true. Vile habit, that smoking.
ReplyDeleteThe only thing strange about this scene is that I don't see any smart phones! :)
ReplyDeleteIts a real life situation. Good street photography
ReplyDeleteShe appears to be "moon-walking".... hmmmmm.
ReplyDeleteWe have volunteers here and throughout the country who belong to Tidy Towns and they clean up the messes people make, litter, cig butts, dog poop. It's sad that they have to have something like that. They always tell people, "this is your city too, help keep it clean". During late summer they have a panel of people that go to all the counties and grade the towns on how clean their town is, free of litter, flowers to beautify the area, signage, etc. It is a really big thing here and depending on how many points a town receives, awards are giving at the Tidy Town Convention. There is always stuff to improve on.
ReplyDeleteI forgot to say, I like your street photo. It makes a good point, litter is not good and someone has to clean it up.
ReplyDeleteJust so she puts the cigarette stub in a proper container since the other fella just got done cleaning. And what is that fella in the reflection doing? Taking photo?
ReplyDeleteLike the candid street photography here as a slice of life. Also you are part of the scene in a good reflection, and no one realizes you are there.
ReplyDeleteGreat shot Andy:)
ReplyDeleteWhat an excellent scene. Two different people-style never meet each. others
