Harbour Entrance

Due to winter ice build up it becomes very hazardous to walk out here. Thanks to a couple days with above freezing temperatures most of the ice has melted making the walk a bit more safer.

  2. Choosing the broad water gives always a nice view with or without icy conditions.

  5. I'm not sure where this is, Andy, but it's the kind of place I would want to visit...but definitely not with ice underfoot. Glad you're safe.

  7. This still looks like a cold walk. Use to live near Lake Michigan and the piers there were similar, always cooler than along the shore.

  8. You could slide from one end to the other and right out to sea! Nice shot, Andy.

  15. It looks like of those places the waves crash up and over in a storm.

  16. Good perspective. I can see where that walkway could get very treacherous. I leads me to wonder if saltwater would get as icy under similar conditions...

  18. First glance and I thought, oops what if someone fell over into the sea there, wouldn't be good at all.
Glad it was a bit safer than first glance.
