ReplyDeleteBeautiful capture in flight. I like colors also
ReplyDeleteNice play of words and a wonderful capture. Keep that spirit op this year and it can't go wrong. Nice one Andy.
ReplyDelete...great shot!
ReplyDeleteooh i love this, it's a beautiful capture!
ReplyDeleteA beautiful moment, despite the cold.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year!
I bet the ducks and geese are pretty good at those landings. Great photo!
ReplyDeleteAmazing how they do that!
ReplyDeleteAndy, that is a magnificent photograph! So beautifully done with amazing colors!
ReplyDeleteThank you. It was real nothing but luck of bring in the right place at the right time.
DeleteIncoming for the perfect landing.
ReplyDeleteAndy, did they thrash around and break the ice up?
ReplyDeletelol they had a nice slide then walked away.
DeleteAnother super fun shot. How do they brake? Oops! That first one hit a log sticking out of the ice. Nah, that's just in my imagination! I'd tell you to stay warm but I don't think you're gonna do that! :)
ReplyDeleteSuch a good one, Andy!
ReplyDeleteWow a sea of ice.. Hope they were prepared for a hard landing ;)
ReplyDeleteUm belo momento fotográfico.

Great timing with that shot!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty! Do birds slide when they land on ice - or maybe just take off again? I’d like to see!
ReplyDeleteThey do hang out on the ice. Because of predators they spend their nighttime hours in open water.
DeleteA great shot and a nice reflection.
ReplyDeleteGreat photo! I think the ice surprises them sometimes! I've watched them hit pretty hard like they were expecting soft water.
ReplyDeleteFabulous shot, Andy!
ReplyDeleteYou caught a great moment, including very nice reflections. I'd imagine it was fun to watch them skid on the ice?
ReplyDeleteThey seem to handle the the slipping and sliding but yes, they are fun to watch.
DeleteIce skating when they landed I expect.
ReplyDeleteGood shot.
Muy bello este instante que has captado, amigo
ReplyDeletebirds always seem to do it gracefully...
ReplyDeleteOo! Great capture!
