What fun . . . one is immediately drawn into wondering who the people are and why they are there. They appear to have something in common - waiting for something may be? At the same time they don't seem to be engaging too much with each other. Cold induced silence?
ReplyDeleteI can't say that Andy, perhaps just the opposite. Group of photo friends?
ReplyDeleteThese young people do not seem to be hot indeed. Black and white goes well with the subject
ReplyDeleteBut they don't mind I think, tourists I presume?
ReplyDeleteUna bonita imagen invernal en la que parece que, pese al frío, las personas aprovechan un día soleado para pasear por la calle.
ReplyDeleteUn saludo,
Yep, and getting colder.
ReplyDeleteBitter cold! It looks as though you've been spied!
ReplyDeletethe guy with the open jacket doesn't seem to be bothered! brrrrrrr!
ReplyDelete...Andy, that's an understatement.
ReplyDeleteObviously, some folks are taking the cold weather in stride! Another nice slice-of-life with lots to see. We have frost this morning which, again, is illegal in Florida. I'm going to complain but I'm not sure yet to whom!
ReplyDeleteLove when your photos evoke us to be inquisitive. Bus Stop?
ReplyDeleteNice street photo, much to look at.
ReplyDeleteThat one guy with his coat open seems to be taking it in his stride.
ReplyDeleteAndy, this is such a great street moment. You even were able to capture the whole scene.
ReplyDeleteI am not sure that I could do it.
And editing in black and white is simply excellent. Love this photo very much.
Very different expressions.
ReplyDeleteLight snow falling here today- the temperatures are supposed to drop again.
Despite the cold, great street action. These folks seem quite happy to be out and about.
ReplyDeleteIt is horrible, Andy! I'm try ing to figure out where you were for this. King & Peter St?
ReplyDeleteLeave it to the younger ones whose blood runs fast.
ReplyDeleteAndy, let me know the lens and the settings as your purity in these outside photos is great.
ReplyDeleteThey look bundled up but happy! Great photo.
ReplyDeleteCold! But a delightful people picture!
ReplyDeleteLovely shot.
ReplyDeleteThey all look warm and happy.
You keep warm.
Good shot! Despite the bitter cold these people don't look miserable (as I think I would).
ReplyDeleteLooks like our winter today..
ReplyDeleteAmazing....one guy has his coat open and no hat. He is either tough or stupid...maybe both!
