That's an interesting sign - I love the bright yellow car, and are those solar panels?
ReplyDeleteThat's right Karen. They are a common sight now of days.
DeleteNice car for a sign and I didn't know that you where in the car wreckers business.
ReplyDeleteJust imagine the royalities if your name was copyrighted and you allowed certain companies to use it! I always wonder about cars that are hoisted in the air like this. How do they get them up there? And, do any ever fall?
ReplyDeleteI have the same question as Karen re. solar panels. Are you sure that isn't your car?
ReplyDeleteNice see you are in good humour today.
DeleteBetween taking clunkers off the road and using solar panels they seem like a pretty green operation. I'm not in favour of scrapping classic cars though. :-)
ReplyDeleteAh, I bet you do.. ;))
ReplyDeleteoh you chose to feature your business today :) how cool.
ReplyDeleteGo after them, Andy! They can't just use your name! ;-)
ReplyDeleteI'll bet this was a "must do" for Signs, Signs.
ReplyDeleteWhat a treasure that car still is.

I love how the yellow car matches the yellow lettering of the sign. GREAT name for a company! ;)
ReplyDeleteImagine, you'd be living high!:) (I loved your comment about the entwined trees' love at first sight!)
ReplyDeleteNice looking car.
ReplyDeleteI am assuming the innards are long gone?
Ah, my first reaction was to shout out "nanner!" You have to be around little children perhaps to know that the first one to see a yellow vehicle gets the point.
ReplyDeleteNanner!
Bises,
Genie
oh, i thought you owned this outfit!:p
ReplyDeletei like the bright yellow car.
I hope they don't wreck that one! Love the bright yellow.
ReplyDeleteWow! That a sign with extra punch and drama! It would be a great sight on grey days!
ReplyDeleteI want to say: well spotted, but I don't think you could miss this one!!
ReplyDeleteAfter seeing your photo I had to look up the car. It is a 1956 Olds. In running condition worth anywhere from $7,000 to $30,000. Finding and installing a rebuilt Olds Rocket "88" motor and transmission might not be all that difficult. What a great eye catching sign.
