Toronto City Hall

Construction commenced on November 7, 1961, and the building was opened on September 13, 1965. In the summer the skating rink is transformed into a reflecting pool. A couple days after I took this photo the rink closed for the season.

  6. Must be spring then if the ice rink is closed. Very clever the way it gets repurposed for the seasons.
